At Halloween Costumes 4U, we want to ensure your spooky season is perfect by offering a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, masks, wigs, and makeup are final sale once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the costume in its original packaging with all included accessories and tags attached, then securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
